Lee Hinman is the owner and inspector of HinmanHomeInspection, LLC. When you’re in the market to buy a home, you have to ask yourself: what does the concept of a “good home” really mean to you? That’s why Lee has immersed himself in a career where he can help others know exactly what the true condition of their potential home is in. Lee prides himself in his attention to detail, taking his time to find what others overlook so that you have the full understanding of what looks right in its current condition and what will need improved going forward.
A Home Inspector Who Knows All About the Building Trades
Before he became licensed as a home inspector, Lee studied and earned a degree in the building trades. Lee has always had an interest in how things are put together, and his hands-on nature led him to careers where he was able to explore his passion for constructing, deconstructing, and troubleshooting various products of engineering. While working previously as a welder, Lee developed his strong attention to detail, a now ingrained trait that has proven to be extraordinarily valuable to the home inspection process. When Lee first looked into the home inspection industry, he realized right away that he was a perfect fit for an inspector—and there is no limit to how happy it makes him when Lee is able to help families successfully invest in a home.

When he’s not inspecting homes, Lee enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
